Adaptive technologies are any device, product or equipment put in place to help those in need, but mostly those whom have a certain type of learning disability. These disabilities can very from person to person. With adaptive technologies these individuals are able to receive the learning experience just as someone without a disability would with word processing, concept mapping, text-to-speech programs and much more. No one that I personally know has had to use any of these technologies, but I think they're an amazing alternative. Some challenges I could see is maybe that child or children feel that they are different and that may not sit well with them, or maybe these technologies could be really expensive.
Bloom's Taxonomy consists of creating, evaluating, analyzing, applying, understanding and remembering. Using power point to support each level would be quite easy. First, when using the creating level, coming up with a design could be an idea. You could make an awesome theme for a mock organization or product of your choosing. Evaluating can be shown through appraising as a platform for presenting new information. Analyzing is good for showing something like compare and contrasting. Maybe a Venn diagram using shapes and other visuals. Applying could be shown through illustration. Understanding is helpful for defending an argue with a presentation. Finally, remembering. Remembering can be shown through being able to describe key objects or terms with texts or photos.
